Bought a brand new 2022 Kia Rio last November... Joel "AM/PM" Serna was a great salesman and did me right! And their finance department is good. I haven't run into any problems with Kia Motors Finance USA (KMFUSA) so far either. Haven't needed any service yet so that will have to be another post!

Update: after our review the owner suggested we call the dealership. It took a while, but we finally got ahold of someone. She said she had never heard of what I was explaining about the two maintenance plan types, which was what I had been told by several of the kia dealerships where we now live. So I don't know who is right, but MY KIA was able to find a solution for us, which we appreciate very much. If you do plan to buy a maintenance plan and move a lot, I would ask a lot of questions before you purchase so this doesn't happen to you. We increased the stars to reflect that MY KIA did help us fix this issue. We bought a Kia from this dealership in 2019, including an extended warranty/maintenance plan. We had a good experience overall, Joel was our salesperson and was very kind and tried to be as helpful during the process as he could. We left a positive review, as a result. Two years later we moved and have found out that the maintenance plan we purchased is only good at this dealership. There are two types of plans, one that is good at every dealership and one that is only good at the dealership you buy your car from. We explained at the time of purchase that we move a lot for work and were assured this plan would be accepted at other dealerships. So we paid for a worthless plan and cannot use it. If you buy a maintenance plan, make sure to ask for one that is recognized everywhere. If it has the dealership info on the plan or booklet it is not universal and will not be accepted anywhere else, despite what they say.

I had a wonderful experience with my visit to My Nissan/ Kia. Victor Escorcia "Daniel" was the Sales Consultant who gave me his time and talked cars with me. I wasn't quite ready to just jump in to purchasing a vehicle today but he heard all of my wants/needs. After showing me what new/certified pre-owned vehicles he had to offer we test drove one car that piqued my curiosity. After all was said and done he gave me his car and did not push me to finalizing a purchase/deal agreement. I was really pleased with my visit and felt acknowledged.

Outstanding customer service. The sales team is not pushy or aggressive as seen in other car dealerships. I am a return customer from 2008. It is time to replace the excellent and reliable Optima with the newer K5 GT line.

good buying experienceGot a good deal. Staff were polite, respectful, and prompt. Everything went smoothly. Everything we agreed to on the phone was honored. Staff gave us a tutorial on the basic workings of the car (electric vehicles are new for us), asked what we specifically wanted to learn, and pointed out features they especially liked. Best experience yet buying a new car and this is our third time.
